1 can of chickpeas (400g)
2 tbs olive or sesame oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely diced
1 tbs paprika
1 tbs cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
You can also try adding some of your favourite spices to this recipe such as tumeric for colour, chilli for a bit more of a flavour hit!
These chickpeas can be added to salads and pesto pasta for added texture and protein, or simply enjoy them as a tasty snack
