Homemade Tortillas with Guacamole
2 cups plain flour (try using half wholemeal), extra flour for kneeding
1 teaspoon salt (iodised salt)
¾ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
150ml warm water
1/2 lime, juiced
fresh coriander, roughly chopped
1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
dash of sweet chilli sauce (optional)
You can also make a simple salsa with diced tomato, capsicum and a little salt.
